Region 1 will be hosting our 18th Annual Motorcycle Swap Meet. This year’s event will once again be held at the St. Florian Hall, 286 Luray Drive, Wintersville, OH 43953 on Sunday, March 16, 2008, with over 12,500 square feet of vendor space available. Doors open to the public at 10:00 a.m., vendor set-up will be from 6:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Food service will be provided by Piergallini Catering and they will be offering breakfast foods during set-up until 11:00 a.m. at which time they will switch over to a lunch menu. A cash bar will be available throughout the event as such no outside food or beverage will be permitted on premise. As in past events volunteers from ABATE of Ohio, Inc. – Region 1 will assist all vendors who require it with set-up from 6:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. and tear down immediately following the event. Tables and chairs will be provided to all vendors requiring these at indoor spaces. Used parts vendors will be placed in the front hall and all others will be in the main hall.www.abateregion1.com |
