With growth come more challenges and more opportunities. The challenges are dealing with a large number of people and keeping them all together on a ride that covers areas of Minnesota that on Labor Day weekend has some of the states highest traffic counts. The next challenge is safety and participation from all the cities involved and coordinating State and local law enforcement. To get everyone on board we need to ensure them of a very safe atmosphere and with the numbers we expect for 2008 that is becoming a big challenge. It has always been our intent to take this from an organized ride to a full blown rally. This is where the opportunity arises. We have the opportunity to put together a huge rally in a central location and provide a weekend full of riding, camping, and entertainment that we are sure will be a big hit.www.rallyupnorth.com |
