Motorcyclists from all over Arkansas are invited to join the ride to the State Capital. ABATE of Arkansas is Celebrating 25 years (1985 - 2010), defending the Rights of Motorcyclists. Staging area at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock. We will ride to the State Capital for the celebration.
