Co-sponsored by the Goldwing Touring Association & Texas State Railroad. The rally will be held at the Texas State Railroad campgrounds in Rusk, Texas. Take Highway 84, 2-1/2 miles west of downtown Rusk to Park Road 76. Registration will be at the campground headquarters beginning Sept. 19th at 800A. Registration is $15.00/person. Free t-shirt for early registration (limited to first 200). Campsites are available at $10.00/bike with two bikes per campsite. RV sites are also available for $25.00/night with full hook-ups. Reservations recommended for campsites. For those who like to "motel", the Weston Inn in Rusk will be our Host Hotel and will provide special rates through August 15th. Be sure to mention that you will be attending the Bikers and Boxcars Rally for discount. There will be door prizes, 50/50 gift certificates, biker games a live band Friday/Saturday night, vendors and a fun run. The fun run will be $15.00 per person. There will also be train rides available on the Texas State Railroad on Friday/Saturday/Sunday with departure at 1100A. Reservations are strongly suggested. Cost of train tickets will be $34.00 per person. Come motorcycle the beautiful rolling hills of East Texas, ride the train and be prepared to have a great time.
