Buffalo Creek's First Annual Charity Memory Ride for the Greater Dallas Chapter Alzheimer's Association is at 10am. Registration begins at 8:30am with complimentary coffee and sweet rolls at the Buffalo Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care Community located at 1329 Brown Street, Waxahachie. Ride through the scenic countryside area of Cedar Creek Lake to Gun Barrel City, up to Canton, then a stopover and lunch at the historic Cotton Gin Cafe in Crandall. After lunch, off to our last stop in Rockett ending the ride at the rustic old town Rockett Cafe. A raffle will be held with prizes awarded to the riders. Cost is $20 (cash, money order or check made payable to The Greater Dallas Chapter Alzheimer's Association) per bike. Pre-registration is suggested and will be accepted prior the event at the Buffalo Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm.
