Our mission is to improve the lives of people with diabetes in our state and to reduce the incidence of diabetes and its complications by providing education to patients and health care providers. Diabetes Solutions sponsors special events and programs such as Camp Endres, a summer camping program for children and teens with diabetes; Winter Camp Endres; a ski trip for young adults with diabetes ages 13-18; the EXTREME Diabetes Makeover, a conference for adults with type 1 diabetes; Diabetes Screenings, to identify individuals at risk for the development of type 2 diabetes; and so much more.
