Elite Riders and Kuumba Festival Motorcycle Parade. This event is FREE and open to the public. The motorcycle parade will kick off the beginning of the Kuumba Festival. We will ride though the neighborhoods for the kick off. Line up at Pearl Plaza 5304 N. Pearl St. (Pearl and 44th ST.) meeting up at 9am, kick stands up at 9:30. Please support our African American Festival.
