10400 49 Street North Pinellas Park, FL Roger Reed Send Email Hotels Weather Map/Direction | Leigh Nolan Memorial Uparc - 10th Annual (# 11796)01-Nov-2009 (Sunday)The Leigh Nolan Memorial Event to benefit the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens (UPARC) is the primary charity supported by the members of the Florida Bay Area Clearwater Chapter of the Harley Owners Group. The event is named for the daughter of long-time Chapter members Charlie and Judy Nolan. Leigh was the beneficiary of services from UPARC and it is in her memory that the event was established. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the event. Volunteers are needed to help on event day. To volunteer please email our volunteer coordinator at volunteer@fbacchog.com. This year we have a specific need for items to include in gift baskets that will be raffled.
