Marty Martin Poker Run - 4th Annual (# 22231)

Deputy Marty Martin was killed in an automobile accident on September 06, 2008 at approximately 1230am. Marty and another deputy were traveling on I-71 in south Columbus when their unmarked vehicle hydroplaned and overturned in heavy rain. Marty was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Start location:The Derby Bar. Registration starts 10am. First bike out 12pm. Stops include Kingy's, Engine house 81. Run ends at Dapper Dans in Pataskala with Live band, discount drinks and food.Proceeds of the Poker run go to Capital area Humane society and Houston Coe (Houston is a 14 year old boy who has been diagnosed with Lymphoblastic Leukemia-a cancer of the white blood cells.
