This Was The Best Ride I Been On.far The Best Been On A Lot Of Runs..the Third Annual Law Enforcement Motorcycle Ride Through Riverside County Is Set For This Weekend.
Proceeds From The Ride, Which Starts In Riverside On Saturday Morning And Ends At Lake Skinner Near Temecula, Will Benefit The Riverside County Peace Officers' Memorial Foundation. The Foundation Builds Memorials For Officers Who Died In The Line Of Duty And Assists Their Families Immediately After The Deaths.
Many Of The Riders Are Law Enforcement Officers, But Members Of The Public Are Also Encouraged To Participate, Said Organizer Linda Soubirous, Whose Late Husband, Kent Hintergardt, Was Killed In The Line Of Duty In 1993.
The Ride Departs At 9 A.m. From The Safe In His Arms Memorial In Front Of The Riverside Police Department On Orange Street. Soubirous Said The Riders Will Head To Banning Where They Plan To Lead The Stagecoach Days Parade, Then Continue To Lake Perris And Diamond Valley Lake, Ending At Lake Skinner.
