Shipping:
All of our products are shipped to you from the United States of America and include shipping. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, ussually whichever is less expensive. Please allow approximately 1-4 days to receive your tracking number.
Returns/Exchanges:
Return Authorization (RA) number is required. To obtain an RA number you must contact customer service within 7 days of when you received the merchandise. All returns must be new, unused, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and in original packaging, suitable for resale.
If you are returning due to customer error, there is a minimum of $10.00 up to 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
If you are returning due to our error or product defect, we will send you a shipping label and there will be no restocking fee.
